1. The CMS Matric. Hr. Sec. School, Ganapathy has instituted the following awards to our students of X and XII who secure State Rank in the Public examination.
* State First Rs. 10,000/- (For X and XII)
* State Second Rs. 5,000/- (For X and XII)
2. Students who obtain minimum 70% marks in all subjects alone are eligible for the following concessions.
3. Full fee concession will be granted to one student in each standard from I to X on merit cum means basis. Parent's income shall not be more than Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) per annum.
4. Half fee concession shall be granted to two students of economically weak parents in each standard I to X. Income shall not exceed Rs.30, 000 /-(Thirty thousand) per annum.
5. Children of the employees of the Coimbatore Malayali Samajam including the school staff will be given Half fee concession and Clause No.2 will not be applicable to them.
6. Income of parents are to be certified by their employers or Competent Government Officials. Income certificates from Managing Committee Members of Samajam and CMS Matriculation Higher Secondary School Committee members in the prescribed from also will be accepted.
7. Applications for Fee concessions in prescribed forms are to be submitted before the end of JUNE every year. Late and incomplete applications WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
8. Decisions of the Management in awarding the scholarships and Concessions shall be FINAL and BINDING.
