If you have been following Exoticamp for a while you'd by now know that we are well known for our 'Original Out-of-the-box' camping experiences to be it our Flamingo Camps, Mango Camps, Hot Air Balloon Camps or Blind date camps, the list is long.
In line with our endeavor to offer newer experiences here comes another out of the box event, this time for children between 6 and 12 - Camp Astronomy & Rocket Science!
Your kids would be Camping in the absolute beauty of a campsite near Tada and learn the basics of rocket science through a half a day session, make their own basic rocket and launch them. What's more! Kids could also learn basic astronomy, peep through a telescope & take an up-close look at celestial bodies.
The entire astronomy & rocket science sessions are led by Harishankar a young prodigy who has discovered 3 provisional asteroids & goes around the country teaching rocket science and satellite technology at various schools.
That's not all. Through these two days, kids also get to learn basics of camping, get to stay in tents, have a campfire, play various games, go on short hikes, *jump into a freshwater creek (with life jackets) & go on a fun Catamaran ride in Pulicat backwaters.
Kids have to be accompanied by parents / one adult. There are plenty of things to do for the parent/adults as well.
Kids will get to design 1 model rocket each with guidance & carry home the same. Kids will then be divided into groups of 4 for making another prototype that will be launched.

The cost includes:
1) Stay in tents in a private campsite for 2 days with all necessary camping gear (sleeping bags, mats, blankets, tents, etc.)
2) Day 1 high tea, snacks, dinner. Day 2 breakfast & lunch.
3) Rocket science, Astronomy session, each kid gets to make his/own rocket prototype
4) Rent for the telescope
5) Catamaran ride with life jackets
6) Games inside the campsite
7) Hiking charges & *Creek swimming charges

*Seasonal water If not we arrange inflatable pool.
